12 May The Technical Side Of The Chime CRM
Now that we’ve got Chime all set up, we’re talking about the real technical aspects of Chime, including the AI Assistant, to learn even more about how we can really maximize our usage. In this episode, we’re sitting down with Adam Frank. Adam has been a real estate agent for around two and a half years. For his first 16 months, he was using kvCORE as a CRM with his firm until he found Chime in October 2019, and he has not looked back ever since.
Adam’s two favorite Chime features are the AI Assistant and automation through Smart Plans.
First, let’s talk about Chime’s AI Assistant feature. The AI Assistant has a virtual number that it uses to text leads for follow-up. Leads can also call that virtual number to contact the agent.
Now, Chime has a system where you can assign different agents in your team to different leads. Suppose leads call the AI Assistant’s virtual number. In that case, the AI Assistant has a call forwarding feature that, if enabled, automatically forwards the calls to assigned agents. There’s also an option to put a backup phone number in case the assigned agent is unavailable.
You can set the AI to be active only on certain days and certain hours of the day, which you can choose. Other available options include live chat (with a predetermined welcome message delay) and lead qualification for new and existing leads. If you enable new lead qualification, the AI Assistant will try to get information about a lead’s profile, preferences, and timeframe. For existing lead qualification, the AI Assistant will follow up with existing leads with incomplete information to try and complete their profile.
You can also input lead sources and turn them on or off whenever you want, so you can customize where the AI Assistant comes in depending on where leads come from.
Adam named his AI Assistant “Eve.” When taking calls before forwarding them, Eve sounded so convincing that some of his clients believed that Eve was an actual person they could text and talk to!
Adam also maximizes Smart Plans, where after taking the time to set up text and follow-up automation, 98% of his lead follow-up and moving clients between pipelines is all automated. Most people either rely heavily on the AI Assistant or on Smart Plans. For Adam, he uses both of them together to really make his business efficient.
This is especially useful for agents with a considerable-sized team and plenty of leads and clients under their belt. With Chime, you can scale up your operations without worrying about paying too much. That’s what sets Chime apart from other CRM tools that most agents are used to.
For Adam, the frustrations he had with the old systems he used were all solved with Chime.
This 37-minute episode goes deep into the nitty-gritty of Chime’s back end. For high-level users, you might want to grab a pen and paper and take notes to really elevate your Chime experience.
With deeply customizable AI and automation features, Chime is more than your everyday CRM platform. If you’re interested in getting Chime, you can get your free demo here!
